Rick Mitchell graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001, where he was a two-time member of the Dean's List. Mr. Mitchell was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2001. Mr. Mitchell opened his own solo practice in 2001 after clerking and interning for a trial attorney in the areas of civil litigation, family law, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, guardianship, probate, and general practice.
Over the years, Mr. Mitchell has gained substantial experience in handling various family law and personal injury cases. In the area of family law, Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in divorce, child custody, adoptions, child support, guardianships, and modifications. He has handled personal injury cases including automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, burns, workplace injuries, and premises liability. He has extensive trial experience, and he works diligently to ensure that each client’s outcome is maximized to their benefit.
